When I tried going to the site this morning, it didn't come up, and even Webmin wasn't working. So I went to my hosting account, found the site was offline, and booted it up. Last I knew, everything was working last night, and checking the Game Courier logs, moves were made even less than an hour ago. So the site went down for unknown reasons when I was off the computer, and fortunately I caught it before too long.
