I added it as a variant in my Pioneer Chess so it can be evaluated together with the traditional pieces. This, too, seems like an attractive piece that can be used in diverse contexts. The colourbound orthogonal slide seems to be a fruitful concept. Beside the Adjutant and the Orthobishop, I have used it in the Vicuna and the Guanaco, too, however in the latter two pieces the capture capability is restricted.
