Fusion Chess Preset for Game Courier

This preset for Fusion Chess will enforce the rules, show legal moves, and recognize check, checkmate, and stalemate. It automatically handles fission and fusion, though you will have to manually edit the Moves field to do fission. It follows the new 2020 rules.
