Since I posted my last commentit occurred to me that by not responding to your points you might have meant not responded in detail in my immediate reply. This is because most of what I post I draft offline beforehand to leave my time online is free to do what I cannot do offline. The bulk of what I post here - be it in-depth comments, page updates, or full-blown new pages - is pasted in from text created offline.
