Mutual stalemate with all pieces

a) Construct a mutual stalemate setup using all 32 pieces. The setup-position does not need to be a possible game-position, but the bischops of one color must be on squares with different colors.
b) Can you find such a setup, which is even a mutual draw in Kick the King Chess (i.e. the kings are allowed to move into chess)?
