This is a good concept.  You've made the Rook and Bishop more powerful (and the latter not colourbound) by amalgamating them with the Unicorn found in some other variants.  On the other hand, you've powered down the Queen (her triagonal move is only one step).  I have not road-tested this, but I think it's helpful to have a lot more fire-power on such a huge board (504 cells).  I'll reserve judgement, though, until I have had a chance to test this one out.  The idea seems to be a good one, even if it needs to be tweaked somewhat.
