TriMac HexChess

This is a rules file for Zillions of Games, a Windows program that will let you play any puzzle or strategy board game you can feed it the rules to. With Zillions-of-Games installed, this rules file will let you play this game against your computer.

Zip file containing zrf file and graphics for TriMac HexChess - an hexagonal XiangQi variant

A new zip file with version 2.1 of the rules and additional graphics is now available. (26-Feb-2007)

Version 2.1 improves computer play by tweaking the code following the method used by M.Winther to change piece values.
An alternative piece set is also provided using images based on graphics by Fergus Duniho

New zip file with version 3.0 now available (04-Mar-2007). This version has the rules and board graphic for the new Star Palace variant.
