I am a retired history teacher who was educated in the US and Norway. My
wife and I live in Ecuador and Nepal. We travel, dance and volunteer.
I am developing a variant based on a 9x12 board that I call "108 Chess."
The armies are to be based on historical variants with modifications made
for movement and capture to create approximately equal overall team values.
