The Chess Variant Pages

Link to: PowerChess

PowerChess is a chess variant, invented by Gerd Degens. It is played on a board with 66 `squares'. The board contains two `switches', and these cause new movement possibilities, while most rules still are as in usual chess. The website gives the rules of this variant, with several illustrations, both in English and in German.
