As the player begins to assimilate more pieces, the capture of the opposing Queen can become inevitable.

Very interesting concept. I especially like the shogi drops (like 3d chessgi). My one question is, how hard is it to mate the queen? I'm sure it's easier than is immediately apparent because of the restrictive nature of the ST3D chess board, but at first glance it still seems very difficult.
