Must have missed the initial posting of this game, probably on holiday at the time. Being a Ringworld fan, I would have definitely checked it out earlier.

Looks interesting. I have to try out a few games before I rate it. But at first glance I am swayed toward Good or better.

If noone has yet made a Zillions implementation of this game, I would be happy to take a stab at it. Just give me a little time.

Trebuchet is Man & Beasts renaming of problemist Three-Leaper, the same core (0,3) piece-type -- whether rectangles of squares, or odd shapes of hexagons. In this Ringworld the Trebuchet appears as one leg of sequential piece, not compound, in all four combinations possible with Wazir and Dabbabah on hexagons. Joe Joyce and Christine Bagley-Jones have considerably extended the cases by now where (0,3) and (3,3) exist in compounds as option. Sequential or componentized p-ts elsewhere include Winther's many bifurcators and Joyce's Bent Hero and Shaman. Ringworld is offshoot of AltOrthHex, so far the only non-rectangle NextChess candidate. Gilman's M&B four-leaper is called Cobbler, the key p-t for the next ring outside.

Hello, Charles. I must admit I like this game much better than AltOrth. I think this has a much better range of pieces, and they can all interact. Dropping the pawns because the grain is wrong for them is also a good idea. Your shortrange pieces, on this large board, fill that role nicely, and with some variety. Couple them with the hole in the center, and you've caused a major shift in strategy. I might like a few more pieces, but I don't find this game piece-hungry, as I feel AltOrth is. All-in-all, this might play very nicely. Have you considered the 2-player variant, using the same pieces per player?
Put up a preset and I'll play a game of this with you, or at least the 2-player version. I give this a qualified thumbs up. [It did take me 3 weeks to get through the rules well enough to make this comment.] 
You have 1 typo that I noticed. In the very beginning of the 'Pieces' section, you give the abbreviation of Cannon as 'Rk', instead of 'Cn'.
