Yes, i saw it, there is inspiration from it to (and i taken name 'arabic spears' from it). But Bizarro chess itself looks more like Alice chess (also mirror themed :)).
I like ideas of Alice, Bizarro and other games, played on two normal boards (for example, Dead Ringers Chess - http://www.chessvariants.org/index/msdisplay.php?itemid=MSdeadringersche ).
