I have made the ZRF: ChessVariants.zrf (select 'Contrast chess' from variants menu). However, it is strange, because red piece are strong in white square, and cyan piece is strong in black square.

I had a similar idea recently, but this looks pretty interesting. Has anyone played this? I'm surprised there's no ZRF.

I think that the 'Weak' knights should get a lame knight move, not an orthogonal one. For all the other pieces, they get weaker moves of their old moves, not completely new ones. I'm not sure whether this a good thing, but in some cases players might actually want the wazir move!

Note that when using the standard rules, each player has one bishop that's always strong, and the other always weak.
