Your original post is an interesting one. I'll definitely have to give it some thought (and perhaps a blog post) as it relates to my friend's game he created, "Sovereign Chess."
I would refer you to our CV page, but Mark (the game creator) and I are still trying to get our page up. If you (or anyone) can help us/upgrade our profile to "contributor" status, we would greatly appreciate it (forgive me if this is minutely off topic). My username is sovereign_chess. Mark's is piguy.
