6 Jul 2001None The Sir Bombalot game plays subtely different to the rules on the page. In Sir Bombalot, Immobilizers may only jump one piece in a turn (or else move one square). Plus, when an immobilizer or a frozen piece is pushed by a tank, every piece which is frozen in the frozen squares and the immobilizer move too, which is very confusing. Squares which are frozen by both side's immobilizer come unfrozen. Also, an immitator may not move until the opponent has moved something (i.e. it is immitating nothing) and when immitating a detonator, the co-squares of each of the three rectangles formed between pairs of detonators is considered.
18 Oct 2000None Does an opponent's piece moving through an adjacent square to the Immobilizer become immobilized? Can the Coordinator jump ove a piece to land on the Bomb, or must it move to the Bomb's square from an adjacent square? I very much enjoy the game!!!
