Even without a Queen the King's army is strong enough to ignore the Tigress. (Provided the latter only makes legal moves, and thus doesn't expose itself to capture.) This means there exists a single 'opening line' that you can always play, no matter what the Tigress does, which eventually leaves no place for the Tigress to go. You only need to memorize that single line to have a guaranteed win.

That disqualifies this as a serious game, although it can be fun to play it once or twice as a passtime for those who have not seen it before, and have to find the line behind the board.

When the Tigress is white, black's first move would have to be Na6, to make sure c7 is protected. One way to proceed would be:

2. h5 3. Rh6 4. Nf6 5. Rg6 6. Rg4 7. Rb4 8. Rb6 9. Rc6 10. Nb8 11. a5 12. Raa6 13. d6 14. Nbd7 15. Nc5 16. Bg4 17. g6 18. Bg7 19. Kf8 20. e5 21. Be6 22. Ra8 23. Ke8 24. Kd7 25. Kc8 26. Rb6 27. Rb4 28. Rg4 29. g5 30. Nce4 31. Rg3 32. Ra6 33. c6 34. b5

By then the Tigress would be confined to the first two ranks.
