Yes, my mistake in the text. Each player has 16 pieces, not 18.

This is Excellent, The only this that I see wrong is that you say that
'every player has 18 men : 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Bishops, 2 Knights, 2 Rooks
and 9 Pawns'     I only see seven pawns????? and I see a total of 16 men,
not 18?????

My only quibble is with the arrangement of colours on the diagram for the 6-handed variant. Surely Black should be opposite White and Yellow opposite Blue!
