Headers and footers now invisible to printers[Subject Thread] [Add Response]

I have added some new CSS to hide our page's headers and footers from
printers. Check some pages out in print preview, and the headers and
footers do not show up. This applies to the login/header on most pages but
not to the index/header still on some pages.
