RN and BN without queen is, of course, not only combination, wich was not used before, as i stated before. Here are all other possible combinations (if no more than 2 pieces of same kind), wich was not used yet (at least, i don't know these games):
2RN;
2BN;
1RN, 2BN;
1RN, 2 Q;
1BN, 2RN;
1BN, 2 Q;
2Q, 1RN, 1BN;
2Q, 2BN;
2Q, 2RN;
2BN, 2RN;
2BN, 1Q, 1RN;
2RN, 1Q, 1BN;
1BN, 2Q, 2RN;
1RN, 2Q, 2BN;
2RN, 2Q, 2BN.

Of corse, i'll not post page for any of these games, game with RN and BN without queen is one of most interesting variants (and last one, with 2 of each pieces, is interesting to). This list can be extended by adding RNB (amazone/maharaja).
