The Forfer (FR4)
The FR4 is a FIDE Rook whose move is limited to a distance of 4 squares (from a1 to e1, for example); to compensate for the shortness of its move, it is also allowed to move or capture one square diagonally.The idea of this piece is that it has the value of a Rook, and moves somewhat like a Rook, and so it feels like a Rook.
